Biography

Tess is a third year student at the University of Iowa's Psychological and Brain Sciences doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Michigan in 2015. Before starting graduate school, Tess worked at the University of California, San Diego as a research associate working with adults with psychosis. Tess' research interests include utilizing mobile technologies to better detect and understand social cognitive deficits and environmental factors that may improve functioning in people with serious mental illness. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and learning Korean.
